I glean copious amounts of joy from planning and cooking and feeding other people. I was born too late. I should have cooked for harvest. I love that you two are embracing this and doing such a fabulous job even in the first week! Bravo!!! At some point, please share your shopping experiences and the where's and the what's... I know it'd be easier if we had a Whole Foods or Trader Joes, but ya know what? people do/did this long before it was that easy, so I guess we can pioneer the hell out of it and do it too...eh? ps you rock!
