Mine, too.

I just signed up for my second 6-week yoga session. I never thought this would be my thing, but I'm loving it. I'm the newbie in a group of 4 other women and really appreciate when the instructor takes the time to explain the why's and how's.

You might also talk to local groups in your area. I've signed up with an "in-home" group session that was setup for a moms' group. We meet at the home of one of the mom's at a slightly reduced rate (no over-head to teach in a leased building). The sessions are less formal (though I've never experienced them any other way). The smaller, more personal group seems to take the edge off the nerves and a more "girls' evening out" feel. Just an idea you might want to consider in addition to gyms and dance studios.

Regardless of where and how you do this, I'm sure it's going to be a success if for no other reason than because it's something you love. I envy you for that.
